Information You Submit
Search entries
A name or location entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. Iron County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages
Information sent by email or a contact form may be retained as needed to answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

Links Beyond This Site
Links may lead to sheriff and jail pages, government portals, custody systems, booking sources, or outside search providers. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Some advertising partners may measure activity across websites for interest-based ads using their own systems.
When Data May Be Shared
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be provided to search partners that process a query, analytics vendors, advertising networks, or law-enforcement and government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Reasonable Security Measures
Standard administrative and technical safeguards are used where appropriate. No internet service, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure or breach-proof.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contact Us page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, a visitor may ask for a copy of personal data held by the site, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. These rights concern site-held data and do not change an official Missouri public record under the state’s Sunshine Law.
Changes to This Notice
This privacy notice may be revised as practices or legal requirements change. An updated version takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
